GOVERNMENT AND DIPLOMATIC-LEVEL ARMOR

NEXT GENERATION MATERIALS

Regarding levels IV, V, VI and VII (NIJ III, IV, V, VI and VI) we use next-generation materials in most parts of the vehicle, which are totally certified and acquired from the most technologically advanced companies in the world, standing out form our competitors, who have never used them due to the fact that they are expensive and hard to acquire because of the complexity of the required permits, which we already have.

WEIGHT 40% LIGHTER THAN OUR DIRECT COMPETITOR

This usage of patented polymers and resins allows a reduction of the vehicle armor total weight of approximately 40% in comparison with most armor companies, tested by weighing of the vehicular unit in an industrial scale before and after the armor process.
These polymers are placed in all of the vehicle’s doors, in the loading area and especially in the fifth door, which, unlike other armor companies, avoids unnecessary partitions, obtaining the original space and leaving the vehicle’s interior completely protected.

 SWEDOR-ARMOR BALLISTIC STEEL

The remaining parts of the vehicle, such as the poles, frames, ceiling and firewall, are armored with ballistic steel plates of the highest technology, imported from Sweden (Swedor-Armor), which offer a broader resistance and a lighter weight. Finally, the floor is armored with a combination of nylon and ballistic aramids, resulting in an anti-fragmentation resistance, specifically in order to protect the vehicle against grenades and explosives.
